What is NHA Resettlement Program?

Designed to address the housing needs of families affected by government infrastructure projects and danger areas.

Qualifications

An applicant must meet ALL of the following:

1. Must be a Filipino citizen, at least eighteen (18) years old, and any of the following:
   • Married
   • Solo Parent
   • Single but head of household
2. Must be homeless and classified under the low-income group, as defined by applicable government housing guidelines.
3. Must not have previously availed of any government housing program or housing assistance.
4. Must not own any real property.
5. Must not be classified as a professional squatter or a member of a squatting syndicate
